Service

ModelPorta is an independent API reseller using OpenLux. It is not an official service of the model developers. Available models, supported settings and token prices appear in the catalog. Different models and routes have different capabilities; an accepted thinking parameter does not independently establish the depth of reasoning used.

Your account

Use an email address you control. Keep your password and API keys private. Revoke a compromised key immediately and contact support. Requests authenticated with your credentials use your prepaid balance.

Payment and usage

Deposits use USDT on TRON (TRC20), starting at 10 USDT. Send the exact invoice amount before expiry. Charges use the displayed input, output and applicable cache rates with verified usage. Requests temporarily reserve funds. Requests with uncertain usage remain under review until billing can be reconciled. Separate requests, including retries, may incur separate usage charges.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and comply with applicable model-provider requirements. Do not compromise accounts, distribute malicious code or evade access restrictions. Access may be suspended for abuse or security incidents.

Availability and model output

Availability depends on upstream providers and network services. Capacity limits can delay or reject requests. No uptime commitment is offered during preview. AI responses may contain errors; check outputs before relying on them.

Refunds and billing disputes

Contact us through your signed-in support account to request a review of unused prepaid balance or a billing error. Include the invoice or request ID, not secret keys or model content. We verify account ownership, confirmed transfers, usage and any unsettled requests before deciding the amount due. Correctly billed, completed API usage is consumed service. Duplicate or incorrect charges are reviewed for correction. A failed response may still have incurred provider usage; disputed or incomplete usage remains under review rather than being silently treated as a completed charge. Approved refunds are handled manually in USDT on TRON (TRC20), to a verified address agreed with the account holder. Any network fee and final amount are disclosed before processing. Transfers to an unsupported network or incorrect address may be unrecoverable. A transaction ID alone is not proof that a refund belongs to the requester. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

ModelPorta does not store AI prompt or response content as conversation history. Account and billing records, support messages, and upstream data handling are described in our privacy notice.
